divorce w/ 2 children under 3/illegal imigrant

i have been married for 4 years and have 2 boys under 3, we where working on his papers and he is illegal. i want to get a divorce from him and i do not know exactly how to do this fast, easy and to keep my boys. and does he have any rights being that he is illegal

You can agree to everything and file a divorce and have a consent order filed. If your husband will do that, it will be fast and easy. If not, then it will not be fast and easy and you two will have to have court proceedings.

The fact that he's illegal doesn't affect his father's rights, except that a judge may be less likely to grant him custody if there's a real fear he'll be deported or excluded.
