Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Should I get updated financials

My ex served a supplemental petition on me in Oct 2006 for reduction of child support. I had to file a motion to compel production of financial affidavit in Sept of 2007, at which time he did produce, because he never filed it with the original supplemental petition. He had to go back and amend the petition in March of 2008 because he never claimed any change of circumstance in the original. He also, in March of 2008, filed a certificate of compliance. I went back in September of 2008 and requested production of documents and an updated financial affidavit. Immediately after he requested the same of me, which I produced immediately. He gave me the old stuff, from back in 2007. Am I not entitled to the updated info from him? My assumption is that when he amended his petition, new info had to be given at that time. Am I correct?
