In a divorce, is the wife entitled to a portion of a husband's personal injury settlement, received before separation, and in consideration of her supporting him throughout recovery?

You may have a claim of the proceeds due to loss of consortium. But support throughout the recovery is part of being married.

Not unless such a claim was made in the PI lawsuit. However, this issue can be raised when deciding marital distribution of assets.
