If you have 50/50 you are probably paying a minimal amount of child support. However, if the children do not want to keep this arrangement and they can testify in court to their objections, then your child support will be based on the income of yourself and your ex-spouse only (not your new wife's income). Custody is now known as time sharing (there is no primary residential custody). The time sharing will determine the amount of support you will pay - how much time will you be spending with the boys - who is paying for schooling and supplies, sports and uniforms and after school care, tutoring etc.
