I am divorcing my husband of 13 years. He recently purchased another home without my awareness and consent. Am I entitled for 50% of the property?

You have an interest in the property to be determined during divorce.

Talk to your attorney. Some Judges rule that you have an interest in that property that can only be determined at trial.

If married to him when he purchased it then yes you would get presumably 50%.
