I need to get a DNA test and the girl that had the baby with was legally married when the baby born. She got divorce april 2014 and the baby born february 2014. Will the baby be consider to be the othe guy because it was born in the marriage or no? Hope you understand my english?

If you want to determine paternity you will need to start a court proceeding.
