Domestic Violence Case

I am wondering how to drop a

domestic violence injunction that

was recently filed for a year, and to

drop the no contact as well. I

understand that the charges may

still be filed even if I want them

dropped, I am just looking to drop

the no contact and domestic

violence injunction for now. I am not

scared and I don't feel its necessary

anymore.
