Can she get my Enheritance
I was married for 3 years and gotten married in Jamaica. She is jamaican but lives in the US since she was about 10. after my Dad pased away I had to go and sell everything and handle the Estate and split everything with my sister. My wife and I split up 3 months after my dads death she took all her belongings and All the wedding gifts and all money in our Joint account about $2,000.00 and moved back to New Jersey. I havent heard from her since or know where she is living . Does she have a right to any of my Inheritance ?
