my ex-boyfriend wants visitation
my ex who is the father of my 4 year old. now wants visitation. he has not seen her or pay any child support. I heard that he wants to put himselpf on child support so that he can get visitations. can he do that. if so can I refuse the money and not have to send my daughter to his house?

Yes he can do that. No, you have not said anything that gives you the right to refuse visitation.

Child support and visitation are completely separate issues. If he's able to get visitation (which is likely), he'll get it even if you refuse the child support, so you might as well take it.
