My exhusband is court ordered to pay me 200 dollars a month. He was fired from his job and draws unemployment and stars getting SS July. Can I have the alomony taken out of his SS. If so how do I go about it. Thank You so much... Gail

Because he was fired you are entitled to receive your income. If he does not pay it, file a contempt and drag him in court to answer.
