Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband is currently incarcerated. We were married and divorced in Florida. We agreed on our Shared Parenting Plan that parents are allowed to communicate with the child whenever they want to, not a scheduled time. Are his rights terminated while he is incarcerated or do I have to let my child speak to him?

No his rights are not terminted. If you refuse communication then you are in contempt and he will get a jail lawyer to go after you. A lot of this will depend on the crime.
