Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have an existing child support order from 2011. i have paid of my back child support. when this order took place i only had my son every other weekend and i was make 700 dollars a month. his mother was making 674 a month from our sons disability. now i make 2300 a month and his mother makes 1800. we now have equal time sharing. I have actually had our son 2 weeks more out of the year then his mother. We both make more money now, but she is still living with her mother so she only has to pay half of everything. I have a fiance and a second child to support and more bills then i had when the order took place. I want to know if i should try to modify the order and weather or not i will have to pay more or less child support.

If you have another family and child, then file a case to modify the support.

I would suggest you file for a petition to modify child support and child custody since you now have equal time with the child. The court does not know this and needs to be informed. Not sure if your support will be less or more. Would have to have the actual facts - ie financial affidavits of both parties.
