If a woman is married has an affair has a baby, the husband's name is on birth certificate can the guy she had the affair with make her do a DNA test on the baby (now 6 months old). In the state of florida? Please help

The biological father can file a paternity suit, but the suit can be dismissed if the husband agrees to act as the father and raise the child. By law, the husband is the "legal" father unless he allows the biological father's paternity suit to go forward, so the child is legally the husband's.
