my ex has been found in contempt and FLAGRANT contempt for non pymt of child suppt. He is still not paying 7 mos.) & liscence is still valid. ex's girlfriend is atty in that circuit & i was told by dep clrk that he had written a letter to the judge. would it be possible for me to find out what judge & get copy of letter? HOW?

No one, not even a lawyer can have direct communication with the judge in a case, outside of a hearing, when the other party is not present. Any letters sent to judges, besides cover letters accompanying orders, are not read by the judge, and usually filed in the court file. I would imagine that neither the other attorney or the judge are willing to risk their own careers over your case. You may have misunderstood the clerk. If you are still concerned, set a case management conference and explain your concerns to the judge in court.
