Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Under Florida Family law, for Mandatory Disclosure documents provided in a foreign language - what is the requirement to provide an English translation for foreign language documents and who pays for the translation? For example, my spouse provided me documents for her Mandatory Disclosure in a foreign language. Is my spouse required, at their expense, to provide an English translation?

Not heard of this issue before. English is the official language of the court system, if the Wife is providing the court information that cannot be understood she is at fault. I would recommend you file a Motion asking the Judge to direct her to provide information meeting the language standards.
