In Florida, what are my legal remedies when 50/50 time sharing is ordered but the father no longer visits or contacts the children? How do I modify/amend the time sharing and child support. I do not wish to enforce visitation as he has hurt our children too much in the past.

Only remedy may be to have child support increased. Have the calculations reviewed to see how it was computed. You may have to file a Petition to Modify Child Support and Time Sharing.
