what form do i use in florida to contest a child support order...specifically the license suspension

There does not appear to be a form for this at flcourts.org. You should make up a form for yourself if you cannot find one. State the obvious. Most times, an ex spouse suspends just because you are behind, and just because they can. It is not practical. But you do have to remain current on child support. Make up a motion and submit it along with a notice of hearing.
