If your dissolution of marriage and any marital settlement agreement orders that you have full custody and does not include any provision for his visitation, you have the right to set the rules. If he wants specific arrangements regarding transportation, hours, etc., he must either obtain a court order or get your consent to whatever arrangements you permit for visitation. It is difficult to be more specific without reviewing the court order; however, a parent with full custody has the right and responsibility to make such decisions in the best interests of the children.
