Hi Good afternoon, question I'm currently separate from my kids father. We haven't been getting along and to top it off he lives in dubai for the past 4 years. I have decided to move on and was planning to move to ohio. What are my right ? We were never married everything is under he's name house and car. I'm not interested in the house just in the car and full custody for my kids. There age is 4 and 5.

Without his consent, you need court permission to relocate out of state.

If he lives in Dubai then you can move, I do not agree with Mr. Slater.
