Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband went to my house while I was out of town and took my kids from my father who was watching them then reenrolled my son in an out of county school then filed for divorce.I recently received a paper in the mail that says the emergecy motion for relocation was insufficient and there for denied.

What does this mean?

He should return the children. You should have your own lawyer.

He may have filed a motion to relocate (permanently move) with your son and the motion was denied. You need to consult with an attorney in person to review the motion and denial and assist with protecting your rights to your child and defend or pursue other rights resulting from his petition to dissolve the marriage.
