My husband and I have separated. If he in the future decides to remarry would I still be the beneficiary of his insurance policy. Also, would I be the one to collect his social security.

Florida does not have a separation agreement. As to the beneficiary of his ins. policy, that will be up to him.
As to social security - were you married before?
