Since my ex husband has served me papers and is asking for full custody of our children would it be wise if I let him see the children when he comes down to Florida later this December. Or should I still let him see the children despite the fact that we are going to have to go to court?

Unless you have a court order, you should not interfere with his right to visitation.

How would you like it if you were not able to see your kids? If you thinks you are in control then you just guaranteed you will lose custody.
