Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Legitmate ways to avoid paying child support

My fiance and I will be married on Tuesday June 25, 2001. We have 2 childern together and he stays at home with them. I'm the sole income provider of our household he stays home and watch the childern (age 3, and 2months). He has an outside child that is 10 months and her mother has applied for child support. Is there anyway he can avoid paying child support due to he is a stay at home dad and I'm the sole income provider?

He will need a good reason not to support his child. The judge will probably make him get a job.
