I live in Florida I filed a lien against my exhusband for child support owed of 38000.00. They have their house up for sale the lien is on the property in which his name is on the loan. If he quick Deeds it over to his wife will the lien still be valid. Thank you

Yes. A quit claim deed will not nullify your lien.
