Marital money

Can borrowed money be considered

marital assests?My husand and I

are in the process of getting a

divorce. I need to borrow some

money to help me,we have been

apart since 10/07.Can I do this and

put it in the bank to pay what needs to be paid?My family are willing to help me but they don't

want him to profit from their labor.
