If someone was married to spouse #1 - 17 years ago and never got a divorce but married spouse #2- 14 years ago, is she legally married to spouse #2? since spouse #2 wants out of the relationship.....does he have to get a divorce or is this not legallyu even a marriage??????

two wrongs do not make a right. You have committed bigamy. You need to get divorced from your first spouse and then you can file for divorce from your second.

Probably not, but I would go through the divorce proceeding and let the judge rule.
