Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

NCP is behind in support payments claiming to be "disabled" now. Will DOR file garnishment with Social Security, or do I have to do something separate from DOR? If I have to file something, what would it be and who does it go to?

DOR should do it. You are entitled to garnish from Disability. Also you child should get a seperate check from Social Security so long as the ex applies for it correctly.
