hello my name is nikki my uncle is in the hospital with stage 4 cancer and he gave my grandmother (his sister) a verbal power of attorney that they video recorded why he is in the hospital so we want to know if it would stand up in court and could anyone over ride it and if you are not the law that handles this kind of of law can please tell me what law do
