Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When my oldest son turned 18, he is now 24,my ex-husband never modified child support.I also have an 18 year old son. I have had full custody of both sons since our divorce in 2000. Now I receive a letter from his attorney stating I owe him $ 18,900 in overpayment of child support. Is this legal? I consider this harassment, what can I do?
