I am paying alimony to my ex-wife. The divorce decree states the alimony will end if she co-habitates with anyone else. I understand she has someone living with her. How can I get proof of this, and if this is so...can I get the alimony ended or at least decreased?

1. Hire a PI.
2. Serve her with interrogatories to answer.
3. If you can prove it, yes.

Best way is to hire an investigator and get video proof, plus conduct some discovery like interrogatoroes and see if the new guy is getting his mail there, etc.
