Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am paying back child support from a few years back, I am in in arrears a few thousand dollars however they are still deducting $$ out of my payrol monthly, however I did receive my tax refund, do I have to give that $$ to the Child support enforcement unit or what if I pay some of it?

If you received it - then it is yours. They still have the deduction order for your payroll. If you wish to end this - contact the child enforcement division - find out how much more you owe and pay it off. (It could be that since you received you tax return - there may not be an overage due any more but it will be up to you to take care of that).
