Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i WAS PHYSICALLY GIVEN MY GRANDKIDS BY DCF. THEIR FATHER LIVES WITH ME ALSO. I HAVE TRIED TO FILE FOR CUSTODY BUT WAS DECLINED DUE TO AN ACTIVE DCF CASE. THE FATHER HAS BEEN DENIED ALSO. THE MOTHER OF THESE KIDS IS IN A DRUG FACILITY AND NO HOPE THERE. WHAT RECOURSE CAN WE TAKE. DCF NOT WANTING TO HELP EITHER.

If you can not afford an attorney then apply for legal aid. Otherwise, you would need to hire an attorney to handle this matter for you.
