Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

post dissolution contempt

My ex husband and I came to a

marital settlement agreement. Our divorce is now final. In the agreement he agreed to start paying alimony 6/08,he is now 2 months behind,he also said I could

have the tax stimulus check.He

signed the agreement, agreeing to

that.Should I take him to court or

should I deduct it from a cd that I

have to give him half of.Do I need

an attorney to get what is owed to

me?
