Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

property division,asset division

I was married for about 10 years. Then my husband persuade me to divorcing him for financial gain for both of us. Since then we have purchased 4 acres which are worth more then $1 million dollars. We also have two home on it. In 2004, we were remarried because I insisted that we should be legally married. He never sent the marriage license. I found it in the suitcase and I have it but I never filed it. He has over $70,000 in the bank which is just under his name. I am in debt. I have been working to support our two daughters which he didn't support them financially. He made me sign quick claim deed. I was lied to what it was when I signed it. He told me it was to ''save money for us''. I want to file for a divorce. I can file the marriage certificate in July. I will be Florida then.

Our property is in Florida. He just moved there. I am in California. I have not purchase any homes here yet but I have been working and living here since 02/2006. Right now, one whole parcel is under his name only. Other parcel is under both of our names.
