Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Property settlement.
Married 8 years in July'o2. Wife owned her home in her name before the marriage.What happens to propery if divorced? Am I entitled to 1/2? Florida is a community property State!

No. You may have rights to the house based on its appreciation since the marriage and your contribution to it during the marriage, but whatever property she had upon entering the marriage is not marital property. Don't understand your comment re Florida being a community property state.
