I am prose, asked for a continuance due to uppcoming surgery (breast cancer) and recieved a notice to vacate. What does that mean? am I/ Should I rspond? My ex husbands atty has yet to respond. MOtion to vacate/what is that

Motion to vacate means to dismiss the case. What you want is a continuance.
