Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I purchased a car for my grandson using my student loan money and payments for the car were made from marital funds. I want to keep the car for my grandson. Can you tell me how the law will be applied in a divorce and if you can give me the statute that I would be able to refer to to keep this car. I live in Florida
