Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently had my divorce finalized in December of 2010. I was awarded full custody of my 3 year old daughter and was also given permission to move to the state of Florida. I now live in Florida, but am wanting to know if I need to update my address with the California courts. My Ex husband has my address and had been insisting that I would be getting served w/ papers very soon to go back to court. However he has since been saying that I will just get defaulted on for not showing up.

For the cost of a few stamps you might be saving yourself much heartache. I strongly suggest updating your address with the CA court. Check with that Court to see if he has filed anything recently.
