Removing items from property
Can I remove items from my property after being away from my abusive husband for 2 and a half years? These are vehicles which I have titles to in my possession.

If your name is on the title, yes. If not, you should wait until you have an order from the divorce judge--assuming you will be filing for divorce. Otherwise, he may report you for grand theft auto.
