Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been seperated now for 4 years, we have shared custudy of our two kids. My daughter was staying with me now she moved in with her dad two weeks ago. He lives in our house that is paid for and in both our names.He said he will not divorce me because I dont deserve any of the house. I was married for 16 years and the last ten years I was head of the household due to him not working. He has recently went after me for child support. I told him if he does that I willhave to move back in the house due to I cant afford it. He said he will not let me back in and by law I can not go back in the house because I left. He is 65 years old and lives of his ss checks for him and my son. How do I go about either getting divorced or moving back in my house? I live in Naples , Fl
