Yes, a person may petition the court to modify or supplement the order of dissolution of marriage and any marital settlement agreement. Generally, the showing of a substantial change in circumstances or justification for the modification is required for the court to consider the petition. Changes in circumstances, such as earning capacity, or showing that there was misrepresentation involved in the previous order will be required. Advised to consult with a family law attorney to assess options.

The final order of divorce may also impact your ability to pursue alimony at this point (on top of the requisite change in circumstances or other allegation as to the validity of your agreement to divorce). As suggested above, I'd advise that you consult with an attorney.
