Visitation

Can a non-custodial parent be ordered to have visitation of a minor child by the custodial parent.

I am not certain that I understand your question. If you are asking whether a non-custodial parent can be forced to visit his/her child, then the answer is no. However, if the non-custodial parent spends absolutely no time at all with the child then it is possible that the custodial parent could use that fact to seek an increase in child support.

I can't think of why a parent would not want to visit his/her child.
