my ex wife and I had 4 dogs, my ex wife dropped them off 5 months ago and now wants them back, I want to keep the dogs but a out of state judge gave her the dogs, do I half to give them back after being in control feeding and housing them for 5 months

yes you have to return them but you could file a motion to modify the final judgment and show that you have been taking care of the animals - that she gave them back to you. \
