Yes and NO - you are living in Florida - legal separations are not valid in Florida. Also, who paid for the car, who pays the insurance - if you are living with another woman - what amount of marital funds are you depriving your wife and/or children of? I think the wife will get a prorated portion - depends on what kind of lawyer she has. Look out - there is a lot going on here.
