my wife filed for divorce and has filed papers with my personal bank and transfered the money to her personal account

You didn't ask a question. Is your question, can she do that? Yes, she can take the money, since it's a marital asset, but it gets evenly divided in a divorce, so she'll have to give half of it back eventually.
