Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife left me over three months ago and I filed for divorce and she still has not returned the paper work, I have no contact with her and I dont have any way to get ahold of her. I dont know what to do now, i just want the divorce to be over with so I can move on with my life.

You cannot go forward until she is served. You may be able to have her served by publication, which means requesting permission from the clerk of court to run a special ad in the newspaper.

File a Notice of Action in the newspaper and have her served under the law theory of constructive service.
