Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Wife makes min wage, @ $725.00 month. I make Gross salary $5833 a month + $400.00 car allowence + @ $ 600.00 Bonus each month, I also pay all insurances, for all 6 of us, what will child support be also do I have to pay alimony? I forgot to include all details in a prior question. Thank you again

You didn't say how much you pay for insurance on the kids, which would change your guidelines, but you can probably figure it up yourself by, roughly, subtracting the amount you pay for insurance on the kids from your child support amount. If you pay for your wife and kids as a "family plan" on insurance, you'll just have to estimate. You'll have to drop your wife from insurance--by federal law--when you get divorced.

I don't know if you'll owe alimony when you get divorced, but the main question is: how long have you been married? As a general rule, if you've been married more than 14 years, then maybe, more than 20 years, probably, but there's a whole lot more to it than that. You'll have to speak to a family law attorney to be better advised.
