Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I know a young lady, she has no where to turn. With no computer, I promised her I would search for help... She is in her 20's, has had 2 children by 2 seperate men..!! Never married to either.... Both are true biological fathers.. They come by and visit and support when they can.. Legaly, can she, should she, go through our local court system, to gain child support..?? This poor child is getting rolled over and just accepts it..!! Please HELP..!!!! This, by the way, occurs in Orange Park, Florida.....

All she has to do is go to the child support enforcement division and file for support - the Dept of Revenue will take over from their.
