Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

AAMCO repaired my car under the specific oral and thrice reitterated condition that I could only make payments to them of $100.00 per month. They fixed my car and told me that they would hold my title, but that I would get my car and now are telling me that they are holding my car and title and only giving me 10 weks to pay off a 2,400 car repair. I am filing a claim in small claim court, but is it a statement of claim in replevin or a different form for broken verbal agreement?
