Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Apartment Lease Termination

Are there any laws in the state of Florida that protect a leasee for an out of state job transfer? The apt. mgr. is telling me I needed to forfill 6 months of the lease and then a 60 day notice 1 month break fee and prorate fee for my first month at the complex. I moved in 3/1/06 I gave them a 60 notice 4/1/06. She is willing to use March and April as part of the 6 months required. Using the 60 day as if given in March. My new job requires me to be moved by 6/04/06. May and June would be paid, but she also wants July and August 1 month break fee and the 1/2 month prorate.3,380 extra plus I leaving them with a 300.00 deposit.

I know there has to be a law to protect out of State job transfers from Florida.
